This production line equipment has fast production speed and reliable quality. It is a relatively advanced production line in China. The diameter of the anti-corrosion pipeline is Φ 219 ~ 1060 mm, and different anti-corrosion layers are processed according to the requirements of the owner.

The process is as follows:

1 into the plant bare: according to standards of the rack into the feed pipe steel surface inspection platform, comprises a main check items welds, wrestling pit, corrosion pits, the groove damage, ovality tube end, the tube bending degree, Record the pipe number, pipe length, steel grade, wall thickness, furnace number, date of manufacture, quantity, etc. Unqualified steel pipes will be withdrawn from the inlet pipe and processed separately.

2 tire drive line:

The operation line adopts frequency conversion control, which has high control precision and convenient adjustment. The diameter of the moving wheel is 520mm , the pneumatic tire, the tire spacing is 2m , the length of the whole workshop can be determined according to the actual scene, generally about 125m ;

3 IF power preheating system: in accordance with the technical specifications, the dew point temperature of the tube temperature should be greater than 3 , production preheated to 40 ~ 60 , the preheated steel pipe line operation using an intermediate frequency preheat. The non-polluting medium frequency induction electric heating method is adopted to quickly and uniformly heat the tube body to 190-250 °C to meet the coating temperature requirement. With two KGPS-750 / 0.4-1 frequency power supply and supporting the heating coil, to ensure production needs, the power 750KW, the frequency of 400 ~ 1000HZ, the apparatus is equipped with automatic temperature monitoring system.

4 shot blasting: In order to ensure the corresponding descaling level and continuous production capacity , the operation line adopts the lower-mounted shot blasting machine , the equipment type Q698-1000 , the rust removal diameter is Φ 1060mm , the blasting machine model Q035 , throw The pellet volume is 350kg/min, the motor power is 37kw, the number of shot blasting machines is 2 sets, the first loading amount is 2000kg, the diameter is 1.0-2.0mm , the air volume is 2600 cubic meters /h , the dust removal fan model is 4-72A , the power is 15kw. 7 polyethylene layer extrusion machine: plastic extruder model is SJ\150/28 , main technical parameters screw diameter 150mm , rotation speed is 10 ~ 48r/min, production capacity is 350 ~ 650kg / h , main motor model Y315L2- 6 , the power is 132kw, the speed is 0-985rpm , the heating mode cast aluminum heater, the power is 8kw × 7=56kw ,

8 Water cooling: In order to ensure the production quality and production speed , two large-flow cooling systems are used to cool the model DF-6, and the fan power is 0.37kw × 7=2.59kw.

9 coating leak detection: using the spark detector to detect leakage, the voltage is 25kv ; no leakage point is qualified. Each tube can be repaired when there are 2 or less leak points. Each tube has more than 2 leak points or a single leak point is unqualified when the axial dimension is greater than 300mm , and should be reworked.

10 Peel strength: The peel strength was measured twice at least at 20 ± 5 ° C and 50 ± 5 ° C per shift .

11 Finished product stacking: The finished pipe stacking height should not exceed five layers. The protective gaskets are made of cloth or nylon isolation ropes with a diameter of not less than 40mm and at least four.
