Why does the induction melting furnace DC voltage not rise , overcurrent jump
It should be that the channel matching is unreasonable, the frequency tracking does not work, and the working frequency deviates too far from the channel frequency, that is, the frequency deviates too far from the resonance point, causing the current to be too large.
1. The working frequency deviates too much from the resonance point. Is there any change of the furnace ring or workpiece during this time?
2 , to see if it is a soft fault of the inverter thyristor, change the 4 inverter tubes and see.
Is the DC current high? If it is high, there is a problem with the inverter. Focus on checking KK to see if there is a short circuit or an open circuit.
