2.1.1 In order to reduce the magnetic flux leakage, ensure that the intermediate frequency power supply is not disturbed by the magnetic field, and the roller table and the support frame between the furnace bodies are not heated, the front and rear furnace plates of the furnace body are made of closed copper plates and specially designed for water passing through the circumference of the furnace mouth.
2.1.2 Each set of furnace body is equipped with a centering guiding structure with power and height adjustable steel pipe, so that the steel pipe can easily enter the furnace, avoiding the impact of the steel pipe on the inductor, effectively extending the service life of the inductor.
2.1.3 The invention of the special structure of the front and rear antimagnetic grille plate of the furnace body belongs to our company.
2.2 Furnace lining adopts corundum tube, the use temperature can reach above 1700 °C, and has good insulation, heat insulation, chilling heat and impact resistance.
2.3 The lower part of the induction furnace body has a drainage hole to automatically discharge the condensed water in the furnace.
