Medium frequency electric furnace load
When the intermediate frequency current flows into the induction coil, an intermediate frequency magnetic field is formed around the induction coil. Among them, the inside of the middle is called the leakage flux; the magnetic flux entering the inside of the steel is called the main magnetic flux. The main magnetic flux can form a corresponding induced current in the electric furnace and heat and melt it in the steel. The leakage flux does not have any effect on the heating since it does not flow inside it. It can be seen that the main flux and the leakage flux do exist at the same time, but the leakage flux tends to be much larger than the main flux.
Factors affecting the relative magnitude of the main flux and leakage flux are:
1 The thicker the quartz sand, the smaller the furnace, the larger the leakage flux and the smaller the main magnetic flux; therefore, the new leakage flux is larger, and the melting of several furnaces will become thinner, and the leakage flux will be thinner. It will become smaller.
2 When the material placed in the furnace is small, the main magnetic flux is reduced and the leakage flux is increased.
3 When the steel is melted into molten steel, the furnace is filled, so that the magnetic flux entering the furnace passes through the molten steel, so that the main magnetic flux increases and the leakage flux decreases.
4 When the temperature of the smelted steel exceeds the Curie point, the steel that has just lost its magnetic properties is called a non-magnetic material, and the non-magnetic material reduces the main magnetic flux.
5 The magnetic field distribution affected by different magnetic conductive materials is also different. For example, when the magnetic conductive material such as steel aluminum is melted, the eddy current induced in steel and aluminum is lower because the resistivity is lower and the penetration depth is larger than that of steel. The loop has a small resistance, so that the main frequency main flux enters the steel furnace and is immediately offset by the induced eddy current, so the main magnetic flux is weakened.
