When using tap water as the cooling water source of the induction melting furnace device, it is easy to accumulate scale and affect the cooling effect. When the plastic water pipe ages and cracks, the device should be replaced in time. In the summer operation, the use of tap water well cooling is often prone to condensation, and the circulating water system should be considered. When the condensation is serious, it should be stopped immediately.

It is often overlooked. Therefore, strengthening the maintenance of the load and preventing the fault from affecting the variable frequency power supply is an important part of ensuring the normal operation of the device.
