The method is implemented after all induction melting furnaces used for special steel, alloy steel, and metal smelting are melted. The specific method is as follows: Inert gas; adjust the regulating valve according to the working conditions, the pressure of the inert gas delivered to the ventilating brick is 0.1~1.1MPa, the flow rate is 100~700 1/s; the auxiliary refining time in the furnace is 3-5min. It is suitable for intermediate frequency smelting applications with a capacity of less than 250kg. The furnace has a simple structure, good air permeability, uniform foam formation, and the auxiliary refining process in the furnace has good operability and good effect.
