1-2 Main control board: (wave soldering constant power circuit) The main control board adopts chip integrated circuits imported from the United States.

●The rectifier trigger does not need any adjustment, has high reliability, and has a phase sequence adaptive circuit.

●The inverter adopts sweep frequency zero voltage start, with heavy load start function.

●The frequency tracking circuit adopts the average sampling scheme, which improves the anti-interference ability of the inverter.

●The inverter circuit is also equipped with an automatic inverter angle adjustment circuit, which can automatically adjust the matching of load impedance.

1-3 Protection and control: The internal functions of the main control board include

1-8 Main circuit copper bars: The main circuit in the power cabinet is connected with high-purity copper plates, and the fastening points are completely stainless steel.

2. The structure of the smelting furnace body

The 2-1 furnace shell is of aluminum alloy structure.

2-2 The induction coil is wound by an annealed square oxygen-free high-purity copper tube, and is made through the main processes of pickling, saponification, baking, dipping, and drying, and passes through a water pressure times the normal pressure ( 2MPa ) The test is completed.

2-3 Tilting furnace mechanism: mechanical tilting device, which is composed of a motor and a worm gear reducer. It can be electrically operated or manually tilted in the event of a sudden power failure. The maximum inclination angle of the furnace body is 95 °.

2-4 Capacitor cabinet: The capacitor and the cabinet body are installed with secondary insulation, the copper bar of the tank circuit is made of square oxygen-free pure copper pipe, and the cooling water hose is made of pressure-resistant PVC rubber hose.
