Overhaul of induction melting furnace
1. Preparations for overhaul
1. Personnel preparation: Party B will arrange technical personnel to be responsible for the removal of the periphery of the equipment capacitor cabinet, and Party A will arrange relevant personnel to cooperate to ensure that the reserved part of the equipment does not appear to be damaged again.
2. Demolition tooling and equipment: Party A provides relevant demolition tools, lifting equipment and protective equipment, and Party B arranges vehicles to transport the intermediate frequency capacitor cabinet to Party B’s factory for complete disassembly and overhaul.
3. Removal location: Party A will cut off the power to the high voltage end of the equipment according to the procedure, and then under the guidance of Party B’s technicians, Party A’s personnel will cooperate with the 575V incoming busbar, the equipment’s internal circulating water inlet and outlet ports, and the equipment’s output DC Removal of busbars, equipment output intermediate frequency busbars, equipment foundation bolts, and peripheral low-voltage electrical equipment.
4. Time required: A total of two days. Party A must complete the peripheral power and water cut of the equipment within 4 hours, and Party A shall cooperate with Party B to remove the designated location of the equipment within 4 hours. Party A cooperates with Party B to complete the truck loading work within 8 hours.

4. Equipment installation and commissioning
 1. Non-Party B's scope of supply:
 Public facilities such as water, electricity and gas supply;
 Equipment foundation, including all anchor bolts and embedded pipe fittings;
 Mounting iron and installation material foundation cover plate;
 Pipes, wires and installation materials between electrical equipment;
 Water supply, drainage, compressed air pipes, etc. between external and individual equipment.
 2. Technical data delivered by Party B:
 Drawings for equipment maintenance;
 List of vulnerable parts of equipment;
 System schematic diagram;
 Operation and maintenance manual.
 3. Technical services provided by Party B:
 During the equipment commissioning process, Party A arranges relevant technical personnel to cooperate with the commissioning, and Party B’s technical personnel conduct on-site training for Party A’s personnel during the commissioning process;
 After the equipment commissioning is completed, Party B shall conduct specific trainings for relevant personnel of Party A on equipment electrical design principles, equipment maintenance essentials, equipment safety matters, etc.;
 Party A will provide permanent technical consulting services within and outside the contract period;
 Party B provides free supply of damaged spare parts during the contract period, and supplies spare parts for equipment at the lowest market price outside the contract period.
 4. Construction plan:
 The intermediate frequency capacitor cabinet is completely dismantled and overhauled at Party B’s factory. Party A can send personnel to inspect and learn on site
5. Overhaul warranty and quotation
There are many replacement projects in this overhaul, high overhaul technical requirements, tight construction period requirements, combined with materials and working hours turnover, etc.

6. Performance indicators after the equipment overhaul is completed
After the equipment overhaul is completed, the production and operation status of the induction melting furnace capacitor cabinet meets the design requirements of the induction melting furnace capacitor cabinet in the new anode workshop; and the electrical equipment can be interchanged, and the production operation status of the induction melting furnace reaches 90% of the original equipment delivery performance above.
Seven, other
This agreement is a technical appendix of the contract, and the unmentioned matters shall be resolved through mutual negotiation by both parties.
