B Transmission control

Because the production line is in continuous and uninterrupted working mode, the control of the entire production line adopts PLC and touch screen, and the actual transmission adopts frequency conversion to dispatch and adjust the entire production line. Compared with the traditional slip motor and DC speed regulation, the control accuracy is high and the adjustment range is Wider, more stable operation, and has the following characteristics:

1. When the production line starts, it can automatically start the transmission mechanism and each power supply, and automatically achieve a reasonable match between the speed and the power rise. When the production line is running, the heating power can be dynamically adjusted to minimize the temperature fluctuations of quenching and tempering.

2. The control system has the functions of setting, storing, adjusting, modifying, statistics, printing, etc. of 20 sets of process parameters.

3. The system has closed-loop functions such as speed, current, and voltage to ensure that the production line runs according to the best process parameters and that the product quality is not affected by artificial and environmental factors.

4. The system has manual/automatic cutting and disc changing functions.

C Tension and temperature

    The production line is equipped with a tension detection and control device, so that the round steel is heated under a constant micro-tension condition. Because the temperature has a very obvious impact on the product quality, the production line uses a high-precision non-contact infrared thermometer, and has a quenching and tempering. The fire temperature closed-loop control and automatic adjustment function ensure the stability of product quality.

    The round steel quenching and tempering production line can also be easily transplanted to the sleeper steel wire and threaded steel heat treatment production line.
