5. What is the difference between super audio frequency induction heating machine and medium frequency induction heating equipment?
Super audio frequency induction heating machine : It has a hardening depth of 0.5 to 2 mm (millimeters), which is mainly used for small and medium-sized parts that require a thin hardened layer, such as small modulus gears, small and medium-sized shafts, etc.
Medium frequency induction heating equipment :
Effective hardened depth of 2 ~ 10 mm (millimeters), required for the hardened layer is mainly required deeper parts such as gears medium modulus, high modulus gear, larger diameter shaft.

6. Precautions for the use of super audio frequency induction heating machine
1 In order to prevent electric shock, please ensure that the chassis is grounded according to the electrical specifications.
2 The disassembly and installation of the sensor must be carried out after the heating stops.
3 Strictly implement the principle of first connecting water and then electrifying. Water shortage is strictly prohibited during the working process. The water quality and pressure of the cooling water inside the equipment and the sensor must meet the requirements of Table 2. In order to avoid blocking the cooling pipeline, if the water supply is supplied by a water pump, please install a filter at the water inlet of the water pump. The cooling water temperature cannot be higher than 45 ℃, and the water flow rate is 10T/h (softened water is recommended)
4 The equipment should be protected from sunlight, rain, humidity, dust, etc. When the equipment needs to be repaired or maintained, it must be done one hour after the power is cut off.
5 The cleaning method inside the machine is blown with compressed air or a fan every week. The circuit board is cleaned with a brush, and then blown off.
6 Ordinary users should clean the machine waterway with a special descaling agent (available by our company) every 4 months. When the machine frequently alarms the water temperature, or when the water flow at the outlet is observed to be significantly reduced, it should be cleaned immediately.
7 The sensor should be kept clean to prevent short circuits between turns.
8 Single-turn inductors cannot be used with this equipment. Otherwise, the inductance may be too small and the equipment may be damaged. In special circumstances, please consult the manufacturer.
9 When replacing the sensor, the contact surface between the sensor connection board and the transformer should be polished clean with sandpaper to maintain good conductivity.
Seven, the cooling water configuration method of the super audio frequency induction heating machine
The interior of the high-frequency heating equipment and the inductor must be cooled by water, and the water quality must be clean, so as not to block the cooling pipeline. If the water supply is pumped by a water pump, please install a filter at the water inlet of the water pump. The temperature of the cooling water should not be higher than 45C , otherwise it will cause the equipment to alarm and even overheat damage. Specific requirements must be prepared according to the table.
