The furnace body induction melting furnace is composed of a furnace body frame, a fixed frame, a water and electricity introduction system, and a hydraulic system.

1. Furnace body:

The intermediate frequency furnace frame adopts a frame structure, which has the advantages of simple structure, high strength, and convenient installation and disassembly. Equipped with magnetic yoke, inductor, lining material, etc. The furnace body is tilted through the sliding bearing seat and the shaft. The tilting movement of the furnace body is driven by two plunger cylinders. Operated by the multi-way reversing valve on the operating table. It can stay at any angle, and the limit rotation angle is 95°. The inductor is wound by a copper tube and consists of a working coil and a water-cooled coil. The water-cooled coil has the function of equalizing the temperature of the side wall of the furnace lining and improving the life of the furnace lining. The strip-shaped yoke on the outside of the inductor is made of laminated silicon steel sheets to suppress the divergence of the magnetic lines of force and play the role of tightening the coil. Compress the bolt in the radial direction of the yoke. In this way, the inductor, the yoke and the furnace frame form a solid whole.

2. Fixing frame:

The fixed frame of the intermediate frequency furnace is a triangular frame structure, welded by section steel and steel plate, and the fixed frame is connected to the foundation by anchor bolts.
In addition to bearing all the static load of the furnace body, the fixed frame also needs to bear all the dynamic loads when the furnace body rotates and the furnace lining is ejected.

3. Water and electricity introduction system:

The inductance current of the induction melting furnace is input through a water-cooled cable. There is cooling water in the copper tube and water-cooled cable of the sensor. An electric contact pressure gauge is installed on the main water inlet pipe of the furnace to monitor the water pressure and alarm when the water pressure is too low; each water outlet branch of the induction coil is equipped with a water temperature probe for the over-temperature alarm of the cooling water. The temperature rise of the cooling water complies with GB10067.1-88: the inlet water temperature is less than 35°C, and the temperature rise is not more than 20°C.

4. Hydraulic system:

The two furnaces are equipped with a hydraulic station and an operating table. Used to control the tilt of the furnace body and the ejection of the furnace lining.

4.1. Hydraulic device:

The working medium of the hydraulic device of the intermediate frequency furnace is anti-wear hydraulic oil, and its working principle is shown in the "hydraulic principle diagram"

4.2. Comfort:

The console is mainly composed of multi-way manual reversing valve, oil pump start-stop button, indicator light and cabinet. Manipulating the valve handle can realize the tilting of the furnace body and the ejection of the furnace lining.
