The advantages of commonly used scrap aluminum smelting equipment are:
A. Less air intake and less oxidation burn loss. Generally, the burning loss of aluminum metal is only about 0.5%. The crushing hours of raw materials are not 1%, and the scrap aluminum is only 5%.
B. A strong magnetic field is generated during melting, the composition is uniform, and the melting speed is fast, which is very beneficial to crushing materials.
C. Low unit power consumption and high thermal efficiency. Under normal circumstances, the power consumption is 380~450 kWh/ton, and the thermal efficiency can reach 70%. The resistance furnace is correspondingly 430~600 kWh/ton, and the thermal efficiency can reach 50%.
D. Small footprint and good operating environment
