Use and maintenance of round rod induction heating furnace
A. Before heating: Test the water before powering on to check whether the water temperature and water pressure meet the requirements, and whether there is water leakage.
B. Heating
1. During the operation of the round rod induction heating furnace, the cooling water should be kept unobstructed, and the water temperature, water pressure and water quality should meet the requirements.
2. After heating, turn off the power supply, and remember not to stop the cooling water supply immediately. After the charge is pushed out and the lining is completely cooled, the cooling water can be stopped.
3. If there is a sudden power failure during the heating process, remember to turn on the standby water until the charge is pushed out and the furnace lining is completely cooled.
C. Production records: Various phenomena that occurred during the working process of the heating machine should be recorded in detail, and submitted to the manufacturer for timely analysis, research and improvement.
D. Common faults and troubleshooting methods of round rod induction heating furnace
1. The water cooling system is leaking. It may be that the water pipe needs to be replaced due to aging, or the stainless steel clamp does not work. Before tightening, a layer of plastic or other non-magnetic material needs to be placed between the clamp and the water pipe. When the copper pipe leaks, it needs to be repaired with copper-zinc solder HL103. After repair welding, it is required to pass the 1Mpa water pressure for 5 minutes without leakage.
2. Regularly check whether the working condition of the cylinder is normal. During the working process of the cylinder, the compressed air should be certified clean and free of impurities.
3. Regularly check the damage of the insulating parts, and replace and repair them in time. Tighten the bolts of the conductive joints regularly.
