1. The furnace ring of the intermediate frequency furnace is the heart of the whole inductor. The induction furnace ring is powered by the intermediate frequency power supply. Under the action of the intermediate frequency voltage and current, a strong magnetic field is generated. This magnetic field causes the metal in the furnace to generate eddy currents and heat. The furnace ring is a The key to converting electrical energy into heat energy. Therefore, the design of the furnace ring is very important. 2. The furnace ring of the intermediate frequency furnace is made of rectangular T2 copper tube. The surface insulation treatment of the copper tube is pickled and then coated with high temperature and moisture-proof insulating enamel, which can achieve H-level insulation. In order to protect its insulation strength, mica tape is used on its surface. Considering that the electric furnace needs to be overloaded, the rated capacity is artificially slightly larger than the nominal capacity in the design. Only in this way can it be ensured that the liquid level of the charge does not exceed the upper plane of the water-cooling ring when the electric furnace is at the maximum charge. The upper and lower parts of the induction furnace ring are provided with stainless steel water-cooling rings, the purpose of which is to make the furnace lining material uniformly heated in the axial direction and prolong the service life of the furnace lining. Because the lining of the upper part of the water-cooled ring is not cooled, if this part is in contact with the charge for a long time, a higher temperature will be generated, which will cause the furnace lining to crack at the upper water-cooled ring.
