The composition of the aluminum shell induction melting furnace
Brief introduction of aluminum shell induction melting furnace: The furnace body is composed of four main parts: furnace shell, induction coil, furnace lining and tilting speed reducer. The furnace shell is made of non-magnetic material, and the induction coil is made of rectangular hollow copper with a wall thickness of 2.7 mm. A spiral cylinder made of a tube, through which cooling water is passed during the smelting. The coil leads out the copper row and communicates with the water-cooled cable. The furnace lining is close to the induction coil and is sintered by quartz sand. The tilting of the furnace body is directly rotated by the tilting gear box. The tilting gearbox is a two-stage worm-driven shifting gear with good self-locking and stable and reliable rotation. In case of emergency breakpoint, the furnace can be manually tilted to avoid danger. The furnace can be used to control the furnace of the two furnaces. The control is selected, and the switch box with the four-core rubber wire enables the operator to stand tilting at the appropriate position and reset to perform jog control.
