The medium frequency furnace suddenly stops water, and the melting water pressure gauge of the melting furnace sends out a signal to automatically cut off the intermediate frequency power supply and issue an alarm signal. The workers should take the following emergency measures:
1、The main circuit is cut off according to the power-off sequence of the melting furnace (to prevent the water pressure from suddenly returning to normal, the intermediate frequency power supply resumes to start, and the intermediate frequency current strikes the thyristor).
2、First close the total inlet valve of the cooling water system, and then open the spare fire water valve to ensure that the coil cooling water supply pressure is 0.1-0.16Mpa.
3、Cover the mouth with asbestos cloth and do the insulation work.
4、The class leader is responsible for timely notification of dispatch and workshop director. The squad leader will find out the reason and restart the intermediate frequency furnace according to the operating procedures after returning to the normal water supply.
