This electric melting furnace in which the heat is applied by induction heating of metal, according to the principle of electromagnetic induction. Which has the advantages of low energy consumption, high efficiency, very safe and easy to operate etc. 1 ton 800 kW induction melting furnace are used to melting iron and scrap bronze, copper, aluminum, and other metals.

This equipment is a power-saving product, with features such as fast temperature increase, low energy consumption and stable operation. The service life of the equipment is designed and manufactured not less than 30

Series inverter intermediate frequency power supply is adopted so that the

electric melting furnace can output rated power regardless of whether it is cold, hot, or

semi-charged or full-filled, and the power factor is constant at 0.98.

This equipment mainly includes medium frequency power supply, steel or aluminum shell furnace, PLC auxiliary melting management system and other

components.
