2、Project Description
Party A is responsible for the civil works and the construction of the high-voltage side of the transformer to the transformer connection. Party B is responsible for providing the drawings and materials required for the construction.
Party B is responsible for electrical construction and electrical materials (including materials required for waterways) below the intermediate frequency power supply.
Acceptance is divided into three times
Initial acceptance: In the factory of Party B, it mainly checks and accepts all the parameters and quantity models of the equipment. After the two parties confirm the correctness, they can sign the goods and ship them.
Pre-acceptance: In Party A's factory, after Party B's installation, Party A's acceptance of the equipment before commissioning is mainly the equipment layout and the acceptance of on-site installation materials and processes. After acceptance, both parties agree on the whole machine commissioning time.
Final acceptance: The equipment is operated for 24 hours or 24 times at full power according to the designed index parameters. The equipment meets the equipment standards and is qualified.
The final acceptance time is no more than 10 working days.
Within 30 days after the completion of the installation and commissioning, Party A cannot arrange for the final acceptance of equipment commissioning as the default final acceptance.
