So what affects the price difference of the intermediate frequency furnace?

1. Component selection

Thyristors and Power Capacitors: The most important components on IF power supplies are thyristors and power capacitors. First of all, the intermediate frequency power supply equipment manufactured by various manufacturers, the selected thyristor and power capacitor, the quality is generally reliable, but the selected manufacturers are different; any manufacturer has a period of unstable quality, and the scale is large. Enterprise quality fluctuations are less. But there are still some differences in the price.

Furnace shell: The price of a simple steel furnace shell, stainless steel furnace shell and aluminum furnace shell is about doubled.

Capacitor cabinet: Low-cost equipment users need to solve the problem of capacitor placement and fixing.Water pipe clamps: Good stainless steel water pipe clamps are used for regular equipment, and ordinary iron wire can be used for low-cost equipment.

2. Technical content

For low-priced equipment, the technical content will definitely be lower. The manufacturers with high prices are investigating and testing advanced circuits, investing a lot of manpower and material resources, and their equipment is advanced, and the price will naturally be higher. Generally speaking, the equipment with different price will have different effects, which will reflect different aspects such as melting speed, power consumption, operation complexity and failure rate.

3. Service commitment 

The price is different and the service commitment is different. The equipment produced by the regular intermediate frequency furnace manufacturer has to undergo repeated static and dynamic debugging before leaving the factory. And there is a half-year to one-year warranty period. During this period, any equipment failure caused by non-human responsibility will be the responsibility of the manufacturer, and the regular manufacturer will have sufficient personnel and ability to serve. 

The production of low-cost equipment is generally assembled by individuals and their relatives. They generally do not have the conditions for pre-sales commissioning, and there is no formal warranty, and there are no redundant personnel to serve. The service promise of finding some unfixed maintenance personnel to go out and debug low-cost equipment is generally: the main components of the equipment are consumables are thyristors and intermediate frequency capacitors. If there are quality problems in these components, the production of thyristors and capacitors The factory is responsible for, can be taken back and sent back to the production plant for exchange, other problems, users should provide their own repair capabilities.

4. Quality

A considerable number of production plants do not have in-plant commissioning conditions, and the cost will naturally be lower. The structure and installation of the equipment also have a great relationship with the cost. For example, the thyristor is installed on the iron parts rather than on the epoxy electric board. The cost is much lower. The impact of assembly and commissioning process on quality is very large. Different production plants, different processes and different prices also cause different quality, which is directly reflected in the failure rate.
