Induction melting furnace lining monitoring system: all days continuous monitoring

Update Time: 2019-01-11 10:36:20

The newly developed induction melting furnace lining monitoring system of our company constantly monitors the insulation resistance of the thickness of the lining, the humidity of the lining, the leakage of the coil, the resistance of the copper row to the ground, and even the quality of the cooling of the coil, and displays the current status in real time. On the display instrument, it can adapt to different capacity intermediate frequency furnace lining materials. Different furnace lining materials have different insulation resistance. When the insulation resistance is too low, the coil leakage current to the earth increases. On the one hand, a large amount of electric energy leaks, causing unnecessary waste; On the other hand, it is easy to cause the coil to ignite on the ground, resulting in damage to the intermediate frequency furnace coil, so it is not safe to thicken the lining, and the lining with high insulation resistance is truly safe;

Induction melting furnace lining monitoring system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The detector is required to install a grounding probe at the bottom of the furnace to ensure reliable grounding of the molten steel and to reliably contact the probe with the ground; and reliably connect one end of the high-voltage isolation device with the effective part of the coil;

User-friendly interface design, easy to operate and maintain:

After the first operation of the system is set, there is no need to repeat the setting. If the intermediate frequency furnace lining is thin, the water content is too high, the coil cooling water quality is poor, the coil has a little water leakage, and the copper row to ground resistance is too low, the digital display instrument The current state can be displayed in time. When the set upper limit is reached, the detector outputs a fault and automatically stops the intermediate frequency furnace system to ensure safe and stable operation of the system;
