 Medium frequency electric furnace water cooling system

    According to the investigation, more than 50% of the faults in the intermediate frequency electric furnace are caused by the water cooling system, so the water cooling system should be:

    (1|Do a good job in inspection and inspection. Check the water temperature, water pressure, water flow, check the hose for aging, damage, leakage, and find out the problem and stop the treatment in time.

    (2) Strictly control the inlet water temperature {5 °C inlet water temperature 35 °C. If the inlet water temperature is too high, the operating temperature of the induction coil will increase. (According to the calculation, the additional energy consumption of the intermediate frequency induction furnace will increase every 10 °C increase in the operating temperature of the induction coil.

    (3) The water quality should be inspected once a quarter. In particular, the open-circuit cooling tower of the external circulation should be cleaned regularly. The fans, nozzles, filling materials and pipeline filters of the tower should be inspected and repaired regularly.

    (4) The water-water heat exchanger is cleaned once a year, and the inner circulating cooling water is replaced with pure water every six months.

    (5) When the furnace needs to be deactivated for a long time in winter, the system cooling water must be drained to prevent the pipeline from freezing and cracking:

 Hydraulic system

    (1) Perform a leak check on the seal of the cylinder and valve every day.

    {2) Check the operation status and oil level of the pump every week +

    {3) Check the oil filter once a quarter and replace it every two years.

    {4) Perform oil quality test every six months, and ensure that the oil temperature of the fuel tank is lower than 55 °C:

  Electrical System

    (1) Check the integrity of electrical components and instruments in the medium frequency electric furnace cabinet, and regularly remove the conductive dust from the components in the cabinet and the copper row +

    (2) Tighten the copper row connection bolts once a week, and check the copper strips for heat, discoloration, ablation, and looseness; check the electric heating capacitor for heat. Bulging, oil leakage and loose joints, and found problems in time,

    (3) Tightening the flat wave reactor and the anchor bolt once a month, and checking the temperature, noise, and vibration of the smoothing reactor.

    (4) Tighten the yoke tightening bolt and the induction coil up and down the bolts once a quarter, tighten the cable clamps, and remove the dust on the cable clamps;
