Inspection of induction melting furnace failure
There are many types of induction melting furnace faults, so specific faults should be analyzed. The various parts of the induction melting furnace interact and interact with each other. Therefore, after the fault or troubleshooting, the intermediate frequency furnace should be inspected systematically. Ensure that the intermediate frequency furnace is in good condition.
(1) Measure the cold resistance of the rectified and inverter thyristors with an ohmmeter. Under the condition of water passing, measure with 200Q, the forward and reverse resistances should be infinite:
(2) Observe whether the indication of the control instrument in the cabinet is normal;
(3) Observe whether the rectification and inverter trigger pulses are normal with an oscilloscope;
(4) If the main circuit is not open, start the control and inverter start button, observe whether the control instrument indication is normal, and observe whether the rectifier and inverter thyristor trigger pulses are normal with an oscilloscope;
(5) Start the analog overcurrent and overvoltage protection circuit and observe whether the rectification trigger pulse and phase shift are normal.
(6) When the fault is removed, use the oscilloscope to observe whether the waveform of the inverter thyristor and the rectified output waveform are normal.
