I. Overview
This equipment is specifically designed and manufactured for brazing and heating motor rotor guide bars . It is highly specialized, automated, easy to operate, produces high-quality welds, and ensures stress-free guide bars after welding, preventing breakage. Based on the end ring data provided by your company, and the overall welding requirements for the rotor end ring and guide bars (outer diameter Φ 242mm, inner diameter Φ 154.8mm, thickness 15mm) , we recommend selecting a 200KW motor end ring medium-frequency brazing machine .
II. Technical Parameters of Motor Rotor Guide Bar Welding Heating Equipment
1. Rated output power: 200kW , equipped with output transformer isolation ;
2. Rated input voltage: Three-phase 380VAC, 50Hz;
3. Resonant frequency: 6- 10 kHz automatic tracking;
★4. Equipment efficiency ≥ 96 %, power factor ≥ 0.96 (the ratio of transformer box output power to input power when output is ≥ 50% of rated power).
★5. Using reactance analysis control method, the stable and adjustable range of output current and power is as follows: the output current can be continuously and stably adjusted from 1% to 100%, and the output power can be continuously and stably adjusted from 0.2% to 100%.
6. The equipment has protection functions for resonant overcurrent, short circuit, DC overvoltage, resonant overvoltage, overtemperature, phase loss, unit balance, and reactance over-limit; it also has power, resonant voltage, volt-hertz, and temperature limiting functions.

★8. Inductor: Based on the structural characteristics of the motor end ring, a single-sided bottom plane heating inductor is adopted, and a high-frequency, low-loss silicon steel sheet magnetic conductor is embedded in the heating part to improve heating efficiency.
11. The temperature sensor must be a shortwave infrared temperature sensor with laser alignment , specifically designed for measuring copper metal from the renowned German brand (OPS) .
★12. Heating time: The total heating and welding time is 5-10 minutes. The heating time and holding time can be set independently, and the temperature rise rate can be set and controlled.
