Introduction to Heating Sensors :
To address the structural characteristics of the motor end ring, a single-sided bottom plane heating inductor is adopted, with water cooling used for inductor cooling. High-frequency, low-loss silicon steel sheet magnetic conductors are embedded in the heating part to improve heating efficiency.The gap between the sensor and the end ring has a significant impact on the efficiency of the equipment, and is generally no more than 1.5 mm. The sensor is designed to be circular, and the magnetic circuit is aligned above the sensor using a high-frequency magnetic conductor. A mica plate or heat insulation material (consumables to be purchased by the customer) is placed on top of the sensor for insulation . During heating, the motor rotor is placed on a layer of mica plate or heat insulation material , and the end ring is placed on the sensor to allow heating to proceed.
