Equipment Usage and Temperature Profile
Welding process and selection of main parameters:
Heating Steps: The welding resonant frequency of the motor rotor guide bar welding heating equipment is 6-10 kHz with automatic tracking. The temperature is heated to above the melting point of the solder , approximately 850 ℃. The selected solder (welding wire or welding sheet) should have a melting point 60℃ lower than the melting point of the end ring . During welding, the inductor should heat evenly and preheat slowly from the inside out. The heating method is bottom heating, with the inductor positioned below the end ring to be heated. The end ring remains stationary during heating. The specific heating process is as follows: The end ring to be welded is hoisted from the preparation stage onto the inductor of the brazing machine for positioning. Then, the motor rotor is hoisted onto the brazing machine (or the end ring and motor rotor are pre-assembled), ensuring the gap between the end ring and the rotor guide bar meets the welding gap requirements. Solder (welding wire or welding sheet) and flux (borax) are added . After adding the solder and flux, automatic heating welding begins according to the set process curve . After automatic welding is completed , the rotor is hoisted down, then turned around and welded to the other end using the same process.
