10. The temperature sensor uses a short-wave infrared temperature sensor specifically designed for copper metal from the renowned German brand (OPTRIS), featuring laser alignment; Model: OPTCT2MHSF; Temperature range: 385~1600℃; Distance coefficient: 75:1; Spectral response: 1.6μm. (German OPTTRIS)
11. Inductor: Considering the structural characteristics of the motor end ring, a single-sided bottom-plane heating inductor is used. A high-frequency, low-loss silicon steel sheet magnetic conductor is embedded in the heating element to improve heating efficiency. 0.1mm thick imported Japanese silicon steel sheets are used as the magnetic conductor.
12. Our company's equipment delivery period is 2-3 months. After the equipment is debugged and running normally, the warranty period is 12 months from the date of acceptance.
