This set of equipment is mainly used for the overall heat penetration of 75mm bar stock. The heating furnace body adopts the quick replacement method. When changing the product specification, only the furnace body needs to be replaced, and the replacement of the furnace body takes only a few minutes.

All the water inlet and outlet pipes of this product are made of stainless steel, and the pipes are anti-corrosion and anti-rust.The equipment is a power-saving type product, which has the characteristics of  long service life ,  fast temperature increase, energy saving, and stable and reliable operation (24-hour continuous trouble-free operation).

Workpiece parameters:75mm in diameter and 100mm-300mm in length
Heating temperature: 1100°C

Working environment:
Working environment temperature: 0 °C ~ 45 °C.
Working environment humidity: ≤ 90%.
Water hardness: up to 9.8 German degrees (3.5 mg equiv./L),
         minimum 6.2 German degrees (2.2mg equivalent/L)
The maximum influent temperature: not higher than 35°C and the pressure is 0.15-0.3MPa.
