Water cable insulation hose requirements for induction melting furnace:

1. Technical parameters: Withstand voltage 50HZ6000V, no ablation, no breakdown, leakage current: ≤0.3mA, resistivity ≥2×10-13Ω*m

2. Ozone aging resistance: In the standard experiment box, the concentration is 50+/-5pphm, the temperature is 40+/-2℃, and the test time is 144t without cracks.

3. Heat-resistant aging: within the standard aging box at 100+/-1℃ 72t tensile strength change rate within -20%, elongation rate within -40%

4. Physical properties: tensile strength ≥ inner rubber layer 6.0 MPa elongation inner and outer rubber layer ≥ 300%. The hose has good elasticity under -30+/-2℃ 5t environment, and there is no cracking or breaking after bending 180° in half .

5. Hose structure: The insulated rubber hose is composed of an inner rubber layer, a fabric reinforcement layer, an outer rubber layer, and an asbestos heat-insulating and fire-proof
