1. Process requirements:
Material: 27SiMn; Specification: Φ42 ; Length:6000mm ; Wall thickness: 11 mm
The steel pipe is heated to the quenching temperature by an induction heating furnace and then cooled for quenching treatment, and tempering treatment is performed on-line. Quenching temperature: 930-950 ℃ , tempering heating temperature: 520-650℃
2. Overview of the overall design:
The heat treatment of steel pipe is actually a compound heat treatment process of quenching and high temperature tempering.
The complete production line is mainly composed of mechanical conveying device, induction heating furnace quenching heating module , induction heating furnace tempering heating module, closed cooling system, infrared temperature measuring device, quenching cooling device, and main console. The mechanical conveying device includes a storage table, a turning frame, a rail feeding device, a straightening machine, and a discharge frame. The steel pipe quenching heating process adopts intermittent heating, and the tempering heating adopts continuous heating; to ensure uniform temperature and reduce deformation.

4. Description of process flow and working process of steel pipe heat treatment production line :
Heat treatment process: the steel pipes are placed on the loading platform by the crane for bulk bundling → feeding machine feeding → frequency conversion feeding roller table to transport the steel pipe forward → induction heating furnace ( heating and quenching ) heated to 950 ℃ infrared temperature measurement and feedback composition loop control adjustment induction furnace power , → induction heating furnace ( heating normalizing ) normalizing induction furnace → ( holding temperature) 650℃ and IR temperature control feedback loop consisting of regulating induction furnace power up feeder → → discharge
