1. Main use
ZG series vacuum induction melting furnace is a modern equipment for melting metal under vacuum condition (or gas protection); Because it can strictly control temperature and alloy composition, and has electromagnetic stirring and strong high vacuum degassing ability, it is widely used in metal, alloy smelting, casting and remelting processes. It is suitable for metallurgical plants and related scientific research departments as an effective equipment for smelting and casting of nickel-based, iron-based, high-precision alloys and high-purity metals under high vacuum conditions.
ZG series vacuum induction melting furnaces can be divided into two types according to the working characteristics, such as periodic type and semi-continuous type. Mainly consists of electric furnace body, spindle system, bus bar and power feeding device, vacuum system, pneumatic system, water cooling system, hydraulic system, electrical control system, medium frequency power supply (the structure is different according to the furnace capacity).
In the metallurgical industry, vacuum induction melting is the most commonly used process, which is mainly for the refining, liquid processing, chemical composition and temperature adjustment of metals and alloys. Vacuum induction melting has the following characteristics:
