The electromagnetic melting aluminum furnace converts electrical energy into heat energy through an electromagnetic induction heating controller using an electromagnetic induction heating principle. A high-speed current passing through the coil generates a magnetic field that changes at a high speed. When the magnetic field lines in the magnetic field pass through the crucible, numerous small eddy currents are generated inside the crucible, so that the crucible itself is heated at a high speed, heat is transferred to the aluminum alloy, and dissolved into a liquid. .
Measures for reducing aluminum slag by electromagnetic melting aluminum furnace :
During the melting process of aluminum alloy, as the amount of slag increases, the melting loss of aluminum also increases, and the amount of slag is related to factors such as melting temperature, charge state, production process and the like. Want to reduce aluminum slag to start from the following aspects:
