1. If the coil of the medium frequency furnace reactor is loose, the electromagnetic field will cause the reactor coil to shake when the medium frequency furnace equipment is working. At this time, the reactor coil shakes, causing the inductance of the reactor to suddenly change, which is easy to cause inverter failure during light load starting and low current operation. In addition, the loose coil of the medium frequency furnace reactor will also generate a lot of noise, affecting the working environment.
2. When the user repairs the reactor, he arbitrarily adjusts the air gap and coil turns of the reactor, thereby changing the inductance of the reactor, affecting the filtering power of the reactor, and causing the output DC current to be intermittent, resulting in unstable inverter operation of the inverter bridge, and failure to burn the inverter thyristor. If the air gap of the reactor is adjusted to a smaller value and the number of coil turns is reduced at random, the ability of the reactor to block the current rise will be reduced when the inverter bridge is short-circuited, and the thyristor will be burned. The arbitrary change of the inductance of the reactor will also affect the starting performance of the equipment.
3. The insulation of the reactor coil is not good. Short circuit to ground or short circuit between turns, spark discharge, and the inductance of the reactor will jump suddenly and the strong electromagnetic interference will make the equipment unstable and produce abnormal sounds frequently, and overcurrent will burn the thyristor.
4. When dealing with the scale of the reactor coil, the acid penetrates into the coil, and the acid corrodes the copper tube and generates copper salt to destroy the insulation layer.
5. The reactor coil is loose, and the relative movement friction between the coil insulation layer and the coil insulation layer, and between the coil insulation layer and the iron core causes the insulation layer to be damaged;
6. The reactor coil is not cooled well and the temperature is too high, resulting in poor insulation of the insulation layer, sparking and carbonization.
