Incinerators shall be produced in accordance with the technical conditions for the production of small waste incinerators. The normal combustion temperature of furnace is controlled at 800 ¡æ and the highest temperature is controlled at 1200 ¡æ.
Furnace: according to the design of a combustion chamber, temporarily according to the round bottom surface, diameter 1200 mm, after feeding material height according to the average height of 300mm, flame height according to 800mm considerations.
Ignition: burner, upper surface, diesel auxiliary ignition.
The incinerator adopts horizontal structure. The integrated design of primary combustion chamber and secondary combustion chamber is considered (according to the air supply), and automatic ignition is adopted. The main design plan of the incinerator (preliminary scheme for reference) is as follows.

The main process structure parameters of the incinerator are described as follows:
a.Furnace chamber volume is not small 1000L, primary packing 300L,
b. In view of the uniform temperature in the furnace with circular structure, especially in the circumferential direction, the furnace adopts a circular structure with a diameter of 1200mm and a height of 1100m.
c. When combustion depends on the blower to supply air for combustion, the lower opening of the furnace is closed by baffle to prevent ash burning slag and dust escaping from escaping in the cabin, and the slag discharge is controlled by sealing cover, grate and agitator rotation control device.
d. Because the furnace is placed in the tank, the height of the main body is limited, the maximum can not exceed 2.2 m, and the bottom of the furnace should be reserved for automatic slag extraction and ash barrel (space requirement 700mm), so the main part of the furnace is controlled at 1.5 m.

Combustion test analysis:
The basic combustion condition of the test material is good. When the gas supply is 11m / min, agitation, the maximum temperature of the closed furnace with the diameter of 370m is not more than 900 ¡æ.
The main body height of the simulated incinerator is 490 300 ~ 800, diameter 370, and the flame ejection height from the feeding port is 400 when the gas is supplied. The overall furnace height of the primary combustion furnace needs 1200mm (without considering the chimney effect).
The volume of c.10kg test material is 15.7 L (100 ¡Á 100 ¡Á 2 block), and the virtual volume height of the furnace is 20 cm after putting it into the furnace. Under the condition of agitation, the burning time takes 37 minutes, and the furnace temperature is low at the beginning of combustion. The maximum temperature (local full combustion) is reached in about 6 minutes. When the furnace temperature is found to decrease, the remaining test materials can be considered according to the burning time of 4 minutes.
