    The molten steel in the induction melting furnace reaches 1520 <C to produce molten iron.


    It is not high melting and low pouring, but high temperature inducton melting, suitable for temperature pouring.

    Excessive smelting will cause oxidation of the molten metal, increase the oxidation of the metal solution, and excessive temperature will greatly damage the lining. The purpose of high-temperature melting is to increase the superheat of the molten metal and increase the nucleation rate.

    The water temperature and pouring temperature should be determined according to the material, size, wall thickness and casting process (sand casting, special casting) of the casting, and it cannot be determined by all means, otherwise it will be misleading.

    The high temperature of smelting is not unrestrictedly high, and the low temperature of casting is not unrestrictedly low.
