1. Smelting furnace dust removal air intake system
The air intake system includes an air inlet, an inlet throttle valve, a wind deflector, a wind deflector, a distribution screen, etc., and the dusty airflow enters each bag room through the conveying pipe, the wind speed is reduced, and most of the dust directly falls into the ash bucket, reducing the filter bag. The load; the unreceived dust and the flue gas enter the bag chamber through the distribution screen through the air deflector, filling the entire space, and the windshield and the distribution screen ensure that the dusty air flow and the clean air flow flow upward along the filter bag direction. If the owner requests that the equipment be manufactured for online cleaning, the movement of such airflow can greatly reduce the secondary fly ash during the cleaning.
2. Melting furnace dust removal and ash system

The sensor for detecting the differential pressure at both ends of the dust collector is fixed at the outlet and the inlet of the air pipe, and the cleaning cycle of the dust collector is controlled according to the differential pressure signal detected by the differential pressure gauge.
