        Reasonable explanation of vacuum heat treatment technology

    1. Advantages of vacuum heat treatment Vacuum heat treatment is a non-oxidative heat treatment technology with a wide application range and controllable atmosphere. It is also one of the main indicators of the current advanced level of heat treatment production technology. Vacuum heat treatment not only achieves non-oxidation and decarburization of steel parts, but also achieves pollution-free production and less distortion of the workpiece, so it is also a clean and precision production technology. At present, it has become an irreplaceable advanced technology in the production of tool and die.


    2, vacuum heat treatment process Small workpiece distortion is a very important advantage of vacuum heat treatment. According to domestic and international experience, the distortion of the vacuum heat treatment of the workpiece is only one-third of the quenching of the salt bath. It is of great significance to promote vacuum heat treatment technology to study the vacuum heating methods of various materials and parts with different complexity and the distortion law under various cooling conditions. The uniformity of the gas flow during vacuum heating, atmospheric pressure or high pressure gas quenching has a great influence on the hardening effect and mass dispersion of the parts. The use of computer simulation to study the circulation of airflow in the furnace is of great significance for improving the structural change of the furnace. Vacuum carburizing is the most likely way to achieve high temperature carburization. However, the long-term heating at high temperature will increase the austenite grain size of most steels. For the high-temperature carburizing of specific steels, the effect of reheating quenching on the properties of materials and workpieces is studied to optimize vacuum infiltration. Carbon, cooling, heat quenching processes and equipment are necessary. In recent years, there have been international studies on the development of combustion vacuum furnaces using gaseous fuels. The difficulty of using gaseous fuel to heat in a vacuum furnace is too much. Although there is energy saving, it is not necessarily an important development direction.
