According to the user's requirements, our company's 720-§¶1600 internal and external epoxy powder coating anti-corrosion production line is designed as a transmission line with a single wheel as the power unit, so that the pipeline running speed is more stable.
The base of the conveyor is welded with GB 20# channel steel, 20# square steel and 14mm thick steel plate. The specification of this production line conveyor is 2500mm ¡Á 6000mm ¡Á 6 (5 sets of tires per rack). 2500mm ¡Á 800mm ¡Á 14 (two of them are equipped with high-temperature wheels, one is equipped with power).
The transmission wheel model is a pneumatic tire, and the power is controlled by frequency conversion.
In order to facilitate the inner and outer epoxy spraying anti-corrosion of the pipe with the sleeve joint, each pair of transmission wheels of the spraying line is equipped with a pneumatic opening and closing device. When the flange walks close to the drive wheel, the drive wheel is automatically separated, automatically reset after a delay, and each set of wheels repeats this action until the entire process is completed.
This machine is based on the introduction of advanced technology from the United States and Italy, using a modern computer simulation technology, developed a new type of steel pipe outer wall shot blasting equipment, which can remove the rust and scale on the surface of the steel pipe, completely before the outer wall of the steel pipe is painted. Machine structure, adjustment and use precautions
This machine is mainly composed of cleaning room, inlet and outlet conveyor roller system, hoisting machine, blasting machine, separator, collecting pill catheter, foundation pit, pilling system, sealing device, electric control device, platform and guardrail.
Structure: The blasting machine is the core component of the machine. Its working efficiency, the quality of the workpiece cleaning and the service life of the equipment itself are directly affected by the component.
This machine is equipped with 2 blasting machines. The blasting machine is mainly composed of directional sleeve, splitting wheel, impeller and main bearing seat.
During operation, the main shaft drives the splitting wheel and the impeller to rotate at a high speed. The projectile is free from the funnel, and the ball is freely flown into the splitting wheel. The ball is rotated by the ball. Under the action of the centrifugal force, the projectile is pressed against the fixed directional sleeve. It is thrown by the outlet of the directional sleeve and is supported by blades that rotate at high speed. Similarly, under the action of centrifugal force, the projectile moves from the inside to the outside along the blade, and accelerates again to project the projectile onto the workpiece to be cleaned.
Hoist:
The bucket elevator adopts gravity unloading type, which is mainly composed of upper transmission, lower transmission, intermediate cylinder, belt and hopper.
Splitter:
The sand separator is an important part of the shot blasting equipment. One of the functions is to screen out the bulk material to avoid blocking the projectile circulation system. The second is to separate the projectile from the mixture of the shot sand and enter the storage bucket for throwing. The pellets are recycled; the third is to separate the broken pellets in the projectile. The separation effect directly affects the production efficiency and cleaning quality of the shot blasting equipment, the service life of the wearing parts, the dust concentration around the equipment, and the consumption of the projectile.
Cleaning room
Clean the welded structure of the chamber steel plate, lined with alloy wear-resistant shields, and the specifications of the shield are uniform and interchangeable to extend the service life of the shield. There are a variety of rubber seals at both ends of the chamber body, which are compatible with different specifications of steel tubes to ensure the sealing effect.

The main circuit of the system is powered by AC three-phase 380V, the control system is provided by the transformer, and the AC 220V power supply. The control electrical components are centrally installed in the electric control cabinet, and the circuit breaker performs short-circuit protection, and the thermal relay provides motor overload protection.
Five, medium frequency heating system:
This production line is equipped with two intermediate frequency heating devices of 750KW and 1000KW.
It adopts 750KW and 1000KW secondary heating to ensure production speed and reduce power investment.
The control part adopts a specially designed control circuit with overvoltage, overcurrent, voltage limiting/current limiting, phase loss, undervoltage, under water pressure and other protections.
The control line dedicated integrated box is completely isolated from the high pressure area to keep the control room clean and cool. Greatly improve control board life and system reliability.
The high-power converter device of well-known domestic manufacturers is preferred, so it has a design safety factor of 100%, which increases the reliability of the entire system. With a large air-cooled copper row, more energy is used for heating than the water-cooled copper row, which increases efficiency and requires no maintenance.
The power supply starts with zero voltage and has no impact. It can be reliably started in the state of no-load, heavy load, etc. It is stable and reliable, has no long fault time and is convenient for maintenance.
Each unit is equipped with one induction heating coil and two water -cooled cables.
