2 ) The sensor has a short circuit between the turns - if the sensor has a short circuit between the turns, the impedance of the load will also decrease, causing this malfunction. There are two possibilities for short circuit between turns:
The copper tube of the inductor is directly shorted
The fixed bakelite column of the sensor is severely carbonized. Due to the conductive property of the carbon, the carbonized bakelite between the inductors causes the direct connection between the turns to cause short circuit between the turns of the inductor.
Without the intermediate frequency voltage, the typical inverter is not successful. Sometimes there is a current sound, and the DC current meter is also displayed. However, there is no intermediate frequency voltage, and the current will be overcurrent protection as long as it is larger. So you should focus on checking the inverter part:
1 Check the inverter silicon for breakdown, and measure it between 5-10K with 1K .
2 Check whether there is breakdown of the power and dynamic capacity. Generally, the simple method uses 1 Euro and no breakdown.
3 Check the water cable for open circuit.
4 Check the furnace ring for breakdown, it is best to change the furnace ring to start the test, even if there is no coil for building the furnace charge.
5 Check the copper wire screws for discoloration and heat contact.
6 Change the feedback transformer and check the feedback loop.
7 Check the inverter silicon for the inverter trigger pulse.
