How to adjust the power of the intermediate frequency furnace?
The method of adjusting the power of the intermediate frequency furnace can only indicate that the components of the intermediate frequency furnace are in good condition, and the power of the intermediate frequency furnace is not up, indicating that the adjustment of the parameters of the intermediate frequency furnace is not suitable. The methods for adjusting the power of the intermediate frequency furnace are as follows:
(1) The intermediate frequency furnace rectifier circuit is not adjusted properly, the DC voltage does not reach the maximum value, the rectifier is not fully turned on, and the DC voltage does not reach the rated value affects the power output;
(2) The intermediate frequency voltage value of the intermediate frequency furnace is adjusted too high/low to affect the power output;
(3) Current limiting and pressure limiting, improper adjustment of the intercepting and cutting pressure value makes the power output low; adjusting the current limiting potentiometer of the intermediate frequency furnace control board
(4) The intermediate frequency furnace body and the intermediate frequency power supply are not matched, which seriously affects the power output;
(5) If the intermediate frequency furnace compensation capacitor is configured too much or too little, the power output with the best electrical efficiency and thermal efficiency cannot be obtained, that is, the best economic power output cannot be obtained;
(6) The distributed inductance of the output circuit of the intermediate frequency furnace and the additional inductance of the resonant circuit are too large, which also affects the maximum power output.
