Induction melting furnace daily maintenance and maintenance considerations
In order to make the intermediate frequency furnace work well and have a longer service life, it is necessary to do routine maintenance and maintain well. It can not only greatly reduce the occurrence of failures, but also save a lot of maintenance costs. It can greatly extend the service life of the equipment, and the induction melting furnace manufacturer will arrange the daily maintenance and precautions for the intermediate frequency furnace.
1. Check and clean the radiator frequently to maintain efficient cooling. If necessary, use acid with added corrosion inhibitor for better pickling. Check the water cooling system of the induction melting furnace for water and water leakage and whether the water pressure relay is Sensitive, it is recommended that the inlet water temperature difference is generally greater than 35 ¡ãC.
2. Check the insulation of the induction coil and whether there is water leakage; check the wire and switch for damage; check and clean the sink of the induction melting furnace, check the drain valve and remove certain sewage to prevent scaling.
3. Clean the oil and dust on each electrical component, blow it off with a fan or blow it off with a leather tiger; check if the wiring screws of the induction melting furnace are tight, check whether the thyristor and the electrical line bus and transformer and each line segment are overheated.
