Three, 3 T induction melting furnace configuration instructions
The circuit adopts 12-pulse rectification, and the incoming line voltage adopts 950V. The inverter adopts a half-bridge inverter. The intermediate frequency power supply of this line is suitable for electric furnaces with larger capacity and power between 2000KW and 10000KW. The circuit schematic diagram is as follows:
Structure principle of 12-pulse intermediate frequency power supply:
A. The thyristor of the rectifier part adopts Z's new stacked radiator assembly. This installation method makes the disassembly and assembly of the thyristor more convenient and scientific. When replacing the thyristor, just loose a top tight Bolt, you can replace any SCR component in the assembly. There is a scale on the radiator assembly for reference when tightening, which can ensure the correct pressing force between the thyristor and the radiator. Moreover, this installation method sufficiently reduces the volume of the SCR component and increases the operating space in the electrical cabinet.

3 T induction melting furnace body description
The electric furnace part includes the electric furnace body, water-cooled cable, refractory cement, lining quick push-out device, and main circuit copper bar.
The furnace body is composed of induction coil, magnetic yoke, furnace frame, tilting cylinder (holding furnace and furnace cover).
The induction coil adopts TU1 type grade (purity is 99.97% electrolytic copper), the error of the turn spacing is not more than 2mm, and the coil assembly needs to undergo stress cancellation after welding.
The yoke is made of cold-rolled silicon steel sheet with high permeability. The thickness of the silicon steel sheet is 0.3 mm. The yoke adopts a profiling structure, and the arc of the inner arc is the same as the arc of the outer circle of the induction coil, so that the yoke can be evenly distributed on the outside of the induction coil, and the Z limit restrains the coil's outward radiated magnetic field and reduces the external magnetism. Road reluctance.
The furnace frame is divided into two parts: movable and fixed.
The movable furnace frame is used to install the induction coil and the magnetic yoke. It is welded by section steel and steel plate, and adopts a frame structure for easy maintenance. The operating platform on the top of the movable grate adopts thickened steel plates to improve the strength and load-bearing capacity of the grate.
The fixed furnace frame is installed on the foundation to carry the movable furnace frame. The upper part of the fixed grate is connected to the movable grate through a tilting shaft, and the movable grate can be tilted forward by 95 degrees under the push of the tilting oil cylinder.
The connector of the water-cooled cable adopts a detachable structure, which can be easily disassembled. The inside is connected to the copper stranded wire by welding. In this way, the connection is firm and the contact resistance is small.
