1 ton induction melting furnace performance description
1-2 Main control board: (wave soldering - constant power circuit) The main control board adopts chip integrated circuits imported from the United States.
●The rectifier trigger does not need any adjustment, has high reliability, and has a phase sequence adaptive circuit.
●The inverter adopts sweep frequency zero voltage start, with heavy load start function.
●The frequency tracking circuit adopts the average sampling scheme, which improves the anti-interference ability of the inverter.

2. The structure of the smelting furnace body
The 2-1 furnace shell is of aluminum alloy structure.
