UM-1000 general-purpose induction heating furnace quenching equipment is shown in the figure. The complete set of equipment is composed of super audio frequency power supply, quenching machine bed and cooling device. It has the following characteristics:
1) The super audio frequency power supply adopts ceramic oscillating tube and 4 sets of capacitors. Four kinds of frequencies can be changed by changing capacitors, 25kHz, 29 kHz, 35 kHz and 50 kHz, respectively, to adapt to different workpieces, such as: shafts (screw, spindle, stepped shaft), discs (gears, ratchets, points) Dial) and other workpieces.
2) Equipped with an indexing table attachment, which can quench batches of small workpieces.
3) The machine tool transformer sensor group rises and falls, the workpiece only rotates, and it can do back and forth during the advancement of the working stroke.
The profiling movement is suitable for processing special irregularly shaped workpieces, such as cone-shaped cylinders, stepped shafts, etc. When scanning to a section with a small diameter, the sensor will advance a little, so that the gap between the part of the sensor and the workpiece remains basically constant.
4) With fault diagnosis and display. During the operation of the equipment, it can automatically diagnose and display software and hardware failures. The amount of information about different failures is nearly 200.
5) The computer memory can store 32,000 words, which can meet the requirements of programming more than 100 quenching workpiece programs.
6) The machine tool is equipped with a sensor quick-change chuck, and it takes less than 10s to replace a sensor.
7) Due to the use of transformer inductors to move, the total height of the quenching equipment of the entire induction heating furnace is lower than that of the work-lifting machine tool.
8) The machine tool transmission system adopts servo motor and ball screw transmission pair. X axis-programmable (stepless speed regulation), moving speed range is 6~9000mm/min, the fastest speed can reach 150mm/s; C axis-programmable (stepless speed regulation), spindle speed is 1 -500r/min; Z axis-programmable (stepless speed regulation), the front and back movement distance of the sensor is 240mm, and the spindle positioning accuracy is ¡À0.01mm.
9) The slot frame of the machine tool is made of stainless steel plate, which has good corrosion resistance, and the surrounding baffle is made of aluminum alloy.
10) The upper center seat is raised and lowered with a trapezoidal threaded screw, and the upper center is a pneumatic center, which is convenient for workpiece clamping and thermal expansion.
11) The cable transmission of super audio frequency power supply is also a major feature of this set of equipment. It uses multiple thin copper wires to transmit high-frequency electricity from the power supply to the lifting and lowering quenching transformer. As the quenching transformer rises and falls, it is equipped with a flexible cable.
12) The cooling water system and the quenching cooling medium system are composed of water collection tank, centrifugal pump, thermometer, plate heat exchanger, filter, pressure gauge, stop valve and other components.
¢Ù There are two pumps in the cooling water system, one of which is a booster pump (pipe pump), which can increase the pressure of the cooling water to 1 MPa to cool the sensor.
¢ÚThe double-chamber filter is equipped with a pressure difference indicator. When the pressure difference is too large, the indicator will show color, which means that the internal sediment is too much and resistance is generated. Use a reversing valve to change to another chamber for filtration, and the device can still maintain Normal operation, and the original chamber can be cleaned of sediment.
¢ÛWhen the temperature of the quenching cooling medium system's outlet water exceeds the specified value, the temperature control valve will automatically open, and the industrial water will enter the heat exchanger to cool the quenching cooling medium. After the quenching cooling medium is cooled to the specified temperature value, the temperature control valve will automatically close, saving industrial water consumption.
