    Induction melting furnace often burns inverter thyristor maintenance points

     

    1) Failure phenomenon: Induction melting furnace failures are mostly concentrated in the burning of components caused by large current and large voltage out of control.

    2) Reason analysis:

    2-1. High voltage out of control: When the intermediate frequency voltage of the induction melting furnace rises to a certain value, the inverter will be overturned and cannot operate under high impedance; the withstand voltage of the components is reduced or the cooling effect is not good, and the insulation performance of the system is reduced ; When the intermediate frequency voltage of the induction melting furnace rises, the machine is short-circuited to the ground, check the intermediate frequency capacitor and the furnace; interference may also be caused, the inverter trigger line should be far away from the main circuit.

    2-2. The large current is out of control, the back pressure angle of the intermediate frequency voltage is too small, whether the trigger circuit has poor contact, and also pay attention to the consistency of the off time. To
