The internal size of the inductor is 32mm x 320mm, 10 pieces of drill rods can be placed, and the heating time is 100-120s. The loading of the drill rod and the end of the drill rod are heated to a temperature, and then the material is discharged and sent to the spade for forging. All of them are manually operated. The structure of the mid-frequency induction virtual furnace heated by the end of the drill rod is the simplest.
