1. The installation of the intermediate frequency furnace should be carried out in accordance with the plan and foundation drawings.
2. After installation, first check whether the furnace frame is well grounded, and the grounding resistance should be less than 4Ω.
3. Check the insulation resistance between the inductor's conductive plate and the metal parts of the furnace body before entering the water: measured with a 2500V megger, it should be greater than 2MΩ.
4. Connect the cooling water inlet and outlet pipes, and adjust the electric contact pressure gauge to 0.2Mpa.
5. Check whether the rotation direction of the oil pump motor is consistent with the rotation direction of the oil pump, and connect the hydraulic system pipeline.
6. Tilt the furnace body to check whether the hydraulic induction melting furnace is in good condition, and whether the seals and pipe joints are leaking.
7. The sensor is energized without load, and the voltage is from low to high to the rated value. Check the vibration of the components and the sensor.
8. After the above checks are correct, the crucible mold can be hoisted into the furnace lining.
9. Main points of ramming and sintering furnace lining: (refer to when using quartz sand furnace lining)
9.1. After the induction furnace is installed and inspected, the lining can be compacted and sintered. The compaction and sintering of the lining is the key to determining its life and safe operation. The operating procedures should be strictly followed.
9.2. Requirements for lining materials:
Acid lining made of sintered quartz sand. Quartz sand should be pure (sio2>98.5-99.5%) without other inclusions. It should be manually screened, magnetically separated, sieved, and immersed in water at 180-200°C for 5-6 hours. dry.
