Steel bar forging heating furnace is a steel bar pre-forging heating equipment manufactured by induction heating technology. Replacing the induction heating coil can also heat metal workpieces such as steel pipes, steel plates and stainless steel bars. It has the characteristics of fast heating speed, less oxidation and decarbonization, high heating efficiency, and good process repeatability. 1. Structure of steel bar forging heating furnace:
Steel bar forging heating furnace is mainly composed of medium frequency power supply, PLC control console, induction heating furnace body, feeding and discharging mechanism temperature measurement mechanism, material temperature sorting device, etc. Among them, the induction heating furnace body is the core component, which consists of a furnace and an inductor. It can be configured with: automatic feeder, discharger, closed cooling water circulation system. The furnace is usually made of refractory materials, and the inductor is composed of a coil and an iron core, which is used to generate a high-frequency magnetic field to convert electrical energy into thermal energy.
