The trapezoidal aluminum ingot online heating system is an electromechanical integrated structure. The complete set of equipment includes one KGPS300KW/0.2KHZ medium frequency power supply, one set of contour induction heater, one set of reactive power compensation capacitor bank, one set of online temperature closed-loop control system, one set of sliding rail for horizontal movement of the equipment, and one set of water cooling system.

This equipment is used for online heating of trapezoidal aluminum ingots. The equipment has a rated power of 300KW, a rated frequency of 200HZ, and an online temperature increase of 80-100℃. For aluminum ingots with a cross-section of 2350 square millimeters, the hourly output is over 4 tons. Because the equipment automatically adjusts its output power, the power consumption per ton is controlled within 60 kWh . The equipment dimensions are 2400×1200×1300mm (or as per user requirements), with a total weight of approximately 2.5T and a water consumption of approximately 15 t/h. The bottom of the equipment is designed with linear guide rails, allowing for lateral movement of about 1 meter, facilitating removal when the frequency multiplier heating is not needed.
