    product description
        

    Frequency induction furnace ( hereinafter referred to as IF furnace ) operating frequency 50 0-8000 Hz between , is mainly used for molten iron , molten steel , molten aluminum , molten copper melt of . Compared to other casting apparatus , medium frequency induction furnace having a high thermal efficiency, the melting time is short, less burning of alloying elements, the melt of the wide material of environmental pollution, can accurately control the metal molten liquid temperature and composition .

    The intermediate frequency furnace consists of: medium frequency power supply , water cooled cable, furnace body and so on .

    The intermediate frequency furnace can be divided into a steel shell furnace and an aluminum shell furnace according to the structure of the furnace body .

    IF power performance characteristics:

    IF furnace according to the power of the size can be selected KGPS frequency power supply , 12 pulse frequency power supply and a 24 pulse frequency power supply may be selected IGBT frequency power supply . The control mode of the IF power supply can be designed as local control, touch screen control, remote control, and computer control.
