1. According to the production area, provide the layout and basic design drawing of the complete electric furnace equipment, and carry on the technical check to the user and the related design institute. Implementation of free guidance installation and commissioning

2．Provide users with all external parameters related to the equipment, including water, electricity and gas technical requirements, to assist users in the selection of peripherals and related materials.

3.Provide free technical training to the user's operation and maintenance personnel. Ensure that the operator can operate the electric furnace equipment skillfully, and the maintenance staff can routinely check the equipment, determine the fault cause of the equipment and replace the damaged components.

4. If users install their own equipment, we provide free installation instructions and corresponding technical documents.

5. Responsible for the debugging of the main equipment of the electric furnace for free.

6. The warranty period of the equipment is 18 months from the date of the equipment leaving the factory or within 12 months of operation (whichever is the first-come date). During the warranty period, the equipment will be repaired free of charge due to product quality problems.

7.The fault response time is 4 hours and 24 hours, and the electrical system fault is eliminated within 4 hours.

8. Make proper inventory of parts that may be damaged to ensure the timely supply of spare parts. And long-term customers to provide spare parts at preferential prices.

9．The following technical information is provided when the equipment leaves the factory ：

1) the mechanical part includes: electric furnace general plan, electric furnace usage and maintenance instruction, hydraulic principle diagram, hydraulic system usage instruction.

2) the electrical part includes: main circuit electrical schematic diagram, external wiring diagram, electrical component table, solid power use and maintenance instruction, control system fault inspection specification.

Terms of payment:

After signing the contract, 30% of the contract amount is paid in advance, 60% of the contract amount is paid after the acceptance of the goods by songdao Company, 5% of the contract amount is paid after installation and commissioning, and the remaining 5% is paid off in normal use for one month.
